Eric Cardwell

Founder, CEO & Sales 

Eric has been in the entertainment industry for over 20 years, with focus on the touring side of entertainment for four of those. He has an MFA in Technical Production from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He brings his years of technical and customer relations to each client we serve. Eric lives in Mount Juliet with his wife, Niki, and daughter, Alexis. When he is not selling soft goods you will most likely find Eric on the lake fishing.

Niki Cardwell

CFO & Marketing

Niki officially joined the NSG team in 2019, but has supported Eric since the beginning.  She has a background in the entertainment industry and also handles all of the accounts payable for NSG.  When she is not making deliveries or writing invoices, Niki has a photography business that fuels her creative side.

Leann Diercksen

Sewist
Leann started sewing in 4H. But it wasn’t until her sophomore year at Univ. of Northern Iowa, on a dare from a friend to spend the afternoon in the costume shop, that it became a career. Since then she has sewn for celebrities, and sailed the world sewing on cruise ships. Leann works with the NFL, and continues to work in theatre doing all sorts of sewing jobs from costumes to stage  skirting. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her dogs.
